Nicosia is packed full of quality restaurants, many of which have won awards for their cuisine. Some of the best restaurants can be found in the Plateia Eleftherias area, which is within Nicosia's old walled town. To experience some traditional Middle Eastern cuisine in Nicosia the Abu Faysal restaurant is worth a visit.
